First of all, thank you for booking a Soulfire Session! Now that you're all set, you might be wondering what comes next. Let’s walk through the process so you know exactly what to expect from now until you receive your stunning images.
1. In-Person Consultation & choosing your location

Our first step is to meet in person and chat about your vision for the session. This is where we’ll get creative! We’ll talk about the mood you want to capture, whether it’s dreamy, adventurous, or intimate. We’ll also decide on 2-3 locationsthat will help set the tone for your session. Whether you want to shoot in a lush forest, by a serene lake, or in an urban setting, your locations will shape the mood and feel of the photos. These locations should complement your personal style and the story you want your images to tell.​

2. Outfit Selection

Once we’ve picked the locations, the next step is to choose outfits that reflect the mood of each spot. This is a crucial part of the process, as your clothing should feel natural in the setting. For example, a flowing dress might look perfect in an open field, while cozy layers could work beautifully in a forest. Bring 2-3 outfits to capture different vibes as the light changes during the session.

3. The Photoshoot

Your Soulfire Session will last up to 2 hours, capturing both the magical golden hour and the dramatic blue hour. During this time, we’ll move between the chosen locations, using the beautiful natural light to create a mix of artistic and traditional images. Expect a relaxed, enjoyable experience where we’ll take both candid and posed shots that truly reflect who you are.​

4. Image Curation and Delivery

After the photoshoot, I’ll begin the process of curating your gallery. I carefully select the best images from your session and edit them to create a cohesive, beautiful collection. You’ll receive a link to your personal gallery and print shop within 4 weeks of your session. From your gallery, you’ll be able to download high-resolution images and order prints directly.​

5. Final Payment and Image Delivery
​
The final payment for your Soulfire Session is due before you receive your gallery link. Once that’s settled, you’ll have access to your images and the ability to order prints or products directly from the gallery.
